Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are handmade. Due to holiday demand, our estimated processing time is 4-6 weeks. Processing time is subject to change at any time and is dependent on the size of order and current demand. Please note that Holidays are not factored into processing time.
Orders placed after 11/23 are not guaranteed to arrive by 12/25.
You can check the current status of your order at any time by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one here.
By creating an account, you will also receive email updates as your order moves through production.
Orders containing ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. Ready to ship items include blankets, food mats, toys, treats, stickers and hats.
Moose Wears is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend selecting a priority mail upgrade at checkout to protect your package against any unfortunate circumstance. Additional insurance can be selected at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you need to return/exchange a product please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your items. Requests outside of the 10 day period will not be eligible for return/exchange. We do not cover cost of return shipping or refund the original shipping for any items returned.
**Beginning 1.01.2020 we will no longer be accepting returns/exchanges for collars. **
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: Items must be free of dog hair and dirt to be eligible for return/exchange. Items that are returned in worn condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Coats & Dog Beds: For health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Coats & Dog Beds that are used or have been tried on. We strongly recommend measuring your pet before purchasing. Dog beds and Coats must be in original plastic wrapping to be eligible for return/exchange.
Refunds: (if applicable):
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow 2-5 days for US Shipping and 7-14 days for International.
