Shipping & Processing
Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are handmade. Due to growing demand, our current processing time is 2-4 weeks. Processing time is subject to change and is dependent on size of order and current demand. Please note that Holidays are not factored into processing time.
If you need your order rushed, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once your order has moved to the packaging stage, you will receive your shipping notification. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your tracking to update while your items are packaged and delivered to the post office.
*Please note that First Class Mail does not include tracking.
We strive to be eco-friendly, our items are shipped in recycled shipping envelopes and do not contain extra "fluff" material and packaging in order to reduce waste.
Domestic orders: Most packages should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please note that First Class Mail does not provide Tracking for your shipment.
International Orders: Shipping times vary between 1-3 weeks depending on location and customs
*Please note: Once an international package leaves the domestic US, tracking may not update until the package is delivered.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our location. If you'd like to insure your package through USPS, add this into your order notes before you place your order, or contact me by email same day and I can invoice you!
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Moose Wears is not responsible for delays due to customs.
