Processing Time:

Made To Order Items

Please keep in mind that many of our pieces are handmade. Our estimated processing time for made to order items is 3-4 weeks. Processing time is subject to change at any time and is dependent on the size of order and current demand. Please note that Holidays are not factored into processing time.

You can check the current status of your order at any time by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one here.

If you need your order rushed, a rush option is available for an additional fee. 

Ready To Ship Items

Orders containing ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. Ready to ship items include blankets, beds, food mats, toys, treats, stickers and hats. 


Once your order has moved to the packaging stage, you will receive your shipping notification. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your tracking to update while your items are packaged and delivered to the post office. 

Moose Wears is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packagesWe recommend selecting a priority mail upgrade at checkout to protect your package against any unfortunate circumstance. Additional insurance can be selected at checkout. 

  • In the event that your package is missing in transit (tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS
  • In the event that your tracking number marked your package as delivered but your package is not where you expect it, please click here.

Domestic orders: 

Most packages should arrive within 2-5 business daysdepending on shipping method chosen at checkout. All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipping. 

International Orders: 

Shipping times vary between 1-3 weeks depending on location and customs

*Please note: Once an international package leaves the domestic US, tracking may not update until the package is delivered. 

Customs and import taxes:  

Please be aware of import duties, fees and taxes in your country before placing an order. Moose Wears is not held responsible for these charges and we can not refund an order held at customs for lack of fee payment. 

Failure to pay customs fees may result in a delay in your order being delivered. Moose Wears is not responsible for any shipping delay due to customs. 


We strive to be eco-friendly, our items are shipped in recycled shipping envelopes and do not contain extra "fluff" material and packaging in order to reduce waste
